OVERVIEW

Prasuti Tantra Evum Stri Roga is a significant branch of Ayurveda deals with the child birth/ parturition and gynecological disorders. This clinical department deals with diagnosis, investigations, labour care with all gynecological disease in the field of obstetrics and gynecological both Ayurveda and modern aspects. The teaching and training about the disorders of the female body of all ages is being imparted by this department.

The department have well equipped museum with all gynecological surgical specimens, female dummy, models, teaching materials, CD’s, gynecological charts and slides. The department has its own library and department has a computer, printer, digital camera, LCD projector etc. All essential practical are carried out in this department. Tutorial room is fully reached with teaching learning facilities.

The main objective of this department is to promote garbhini paricharya through quality teaching learning and clinical training through Ayurveda. Another main objective of this department is implement standard operative procedures for various therapeutic procedures related to Prasuti Tantra Evum Stri Roga.
